Otherwise the mannequin will be delivered by courier (packed in box), So please provide a premise address where someone will receive the goods during business hours(normally in the morning, Mon-Fri)

Your own courier pick up is welcomed all the time

Insurance over transport: Optional $10.00 extra
We highly recommend you purchase insurance as mannequin is ultra fragile during transport and we are not able to look after them once dispached from our warehouse. We will pack them with extreme care but we accept NO liability for goods damaged while in transit.

Refund (maximum: the price of the item) will be given if item is insured. Transit charge is not refundable in any circumstances.

If you are not happy with the products---Buyers pack the mannequins in original conditions and send them back to our base at own cost. We give refunds (the price of the item, shipping costs are not refundable for any reasons)

If the mannequin has factory defects---Buyers message, email or call us in the first time of unpack the boxes. We require buyers take detailed pictures of damage and email to maggie@metrodisplay.com.au for our reference. We assess the faults and negotiate with buyers.

Please note, all damage during transport without purchasing insurance are not the excuse of return.
