Our items ship from within the U.S. Unfortunately because of this, all items are required to ship using priority mail services. We will not be able to ship first class mail. We do offer combined shipping and we will strive to give you the best shipping rate that we can.

We include a $3.75 handling fee for all purchases.

Small Items (tank tops, and t-shirts)-Small Flat Rate Priority Mail= AU $19.75 (includes handling fee)

1lb Priority Mail (Blouses, Button Down Shirts, some pants like capris or yoga pants)= AU $36.75 (includes handling fee)

2lb Priority Mail (Sweaters, Pants, Jeans)= AU $42.75 (includes handling fee)

3lb Priority Mail (Coats)= AU $48.75 (includes handling fee)

If you would like to combine items to save on shipping we are more than happy to do so. It is AU $6.25 for each additional item. Please email us if you would like to combine shipping.

Payment:

We accept and prefer PayPal.

We require payment to be made within 7 days of winning the item.  We love to combine items so please contact us for an adjusted invoice if you have won more than one item.  You can combine items for 7 days from the close of the first item.  If you feel that you will go over the 7 day mark waiting to combine please contact us at

Because of recent events we have had a number of non paying customers.  Please be very careful when bidding on items.  We will be unable to cancel your transaction if we are not contacted before the close of the sale!!  We will be forced to open a dispute and give an unpaid item strike.  It is not something that we care to do and strive to make sure that transactions run smoothly.

We accept returns for store credit only. We are not responsible for items that do not fit. We sell department store brands and all brands fit different. We do our best to list accurate measurements in the listing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the fit of your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unworn condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 3 days of receipt for a store credit less shipping costs. Please be sure to include the item number and reason for return. Excluding this info will significantly delay the exchange process. Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 business days of receipt.
