Our products are quality checked by our manufacturer and by us before dispatching them to our customers. In rare case if the product is found faulty then please send the item back to us with the eBay invoice. We will check the product and offer you an exchange or refund. Please keep in mind that postage and packaging cost is not refunded. You need to return the item within the 14 days of receiving it. After 14 days product is covered by us for 12 months for any fault which does not occur due to your negligence, ill usage or accidental damages. If your projector is broken ,and not man-made damaged and in the first year warranty ,you only tell me what happened and take some image pictures to us ,we will tell you how to deal with it .and we will send you some fittings for free to help you repair it .the structure inside our projectors is very easy ,you only replace the broken parts .if the projector is not in first warranty year ,you need pay the fittings ,but just a little .
