We Ship Internationally. Shipping is fixed at AUD18. When you shop with me, your item will be packed securely and shipped to you within 12 hours of the payment being cleared. All USA, Canada, Australia (non remote area) , and Asia, purchase are sent via DHL Express so that you can wear your new outfit in as little as 3 working days and all insurance are covered by us. We have tracking number and and require signature on delivery, this covers us for paypal seller requirements for proof of deliveries.

I take pride in all the dresses I sell to you, however, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% thrilled and absolutely delighted with your purchase, you will get a prompt and courteous refund on your purchase as soon as the item is returned to us. We would appreciate it if the returned dress is registered so that you have proof of returning. We will email you once we receive the parcel. To speed up the process, you can always email us the receipt or tracking number. Item must be received by us in the same unworn condition. Item which has been worn and torn by buyer while trying it will not entitle for refund. As my profit is extremely low and I send 90% of my parcels at express delivery, I won't be able to cover the return charges and re shipping fee.
Most importantly, I only have limited pieces for each design, so please inform me if you wish to make a late payment or you changed your mind about purchasing the dresses so that I can relist it and other buyer can have the opportunity to enjoy it.
