Returns for other reasons will be on a case-by-case basis.   Due to their nature, larger (20+ stamps) lots are generally non-returnable, but exceptional circumstances will be considered.  I try to accurately describe (and picture as best I can) all lots, so hopefully you'll never need this info!
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
