*  Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 12pm.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email them to us and we will answer them during our business hours.  All items for sale are available immediately and are posted daily (excluding public holidays)

*  Single item postage fees are not negotiable.  Multi-purchased items will be combined where possible to save you money.  If express post or insurance is required, please let us know so we are able to add that to your invoice. 

*  Sorry but we do not allow customers to pick up from our premises.

*  While all care is taken to have each item as close as possible to our promotional photo, these items are mass produced and bought from the manufacturer in bulk.  It is not possible for us to take individual photos of each and every item we have in stock.

*  Items are thoroughly checked before postage, however if we miss something, a refund will be offered  if the item is defective.  We do not offer refunds if customer has changed their mind on receipt of purchase.
