    6 1/4" diameter, 3/4" deep
    made from solid copper,
    2 mm thick includes lining

    Interior Lining of Pan: Heavy tin lining applied by hand in the traditional way. Enhances heat conductivity and is non-reactive to food. The characteristics are unevenness and wipe marks.
    I get often asked, how long does the tin lining last?
    Well, it depends on the usage and how you look after the pan. We will give you some very simple and easy to follow instructions, if you follow them, the tin lining can last you a life time

    Handle: The handle is made form forged seasond steel. It will stay cool a lot longer than handle made from brass or bronce.

    If you love crepe or pan cake, this pan is a must. Unless you have one, you will never know what you have missed, and if have have one you will never do without one.
