       A deposit of 30% payment is required after end of auction by the winning bidder.

Pick Up Service:

• Pick ups are welcome via appointment, a $25 warehouse handling fee is payable on all pick ups. Please DO show the confirmation letter to our M8R8 logistics, if not, M8R8 logistics reserves the right to reject this pickup.
• Pickups are available 4 days per week via appointment. Our trading hours are: 10:30 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri. Please notify us clearly if you'd like to pick up.
• We will notify you within 48-72 hours after we confirm the exact date of item arrival. Please note: your item must be picked up within 48 hours from that day, or there is a $30 per day charge for storage. Please make sure you have an extra helping hand as M8R8 staff will be limited to help lifting lounge sets.

Door to Door Courier Service:
　We provide Australian wide delivery. 　
    Courier prices and insurance against fire and theft while in transit are as follows:

• Please note: we do NOT deliver to PO BOX, plesae supply your correct information to our logistic department, M8R8 will not responisible for any delays as a result. Shipping to remote areas outside of (CBD) can have a delay of up to 1 week in delivery time.
• Once dispatch has been arranged and item is picked up, tracking information will be sent to every customer via email.
• If your home, office or delivery location is greater than 2 flights of stairs, please add an extra fee of $35 for time and special handling charge
• If you are not home to receive goods, second time delivery may attract extra courier fees.
• The prices above are for Metro areas ONLY, please check the Metro post code list.
• All items shipped need to be covered by insurance.

Sales Policy:

• I. A deposit of 30% payment must be completed within 3 days of the purchase, full payment must be made prior to pickup or delivery.
• II. Our couriers CANNOT deliver to PO BOXES. Please ensure a street address is provided or your order will be delayed.
• III. We offer a 7 days money back gurrantee, 100% customer satisfaction on all your purchases from m8r8. Please note: Shipping charges, eBay fees and Paypal fees are NON-refundable. Buyers will be responsible for the exchange and return of the products.
• IV. Please do note that pictures advertised are for illustration, actual products may vary in colour and we recommend you visit our warehouse to view color and samples.
• V. If insurance option is not paid for, m8r8 will not be responsible for lost, missing, or damaged in transit of your item. If insurance option is taken then all damages are fully covered by either repair or replacement at M8R8's discretion
