• Delivery address on Paypal Only--We only ship to the given address in Paypal payment. Please make sure payment address in Paypal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on Paypal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
   

• Postage includes the actual postage and corresponding packaging fee and handling fee, which is coincident with ebay's  regulations. Any doubts, please read the ebay's regulations carefully. We don't overcharge the cost. Please don't bargain or argue with us for this point.

• For the memory cards, the weight of the item (including packaging) would be around 30---60g per unit. So, we don't offer  any combine postages, even if we combine the several items in one post together. This is because any over two items would be over 50g category. Each one would be charged independently by post office.

• Insurance is REQUIRED for each transaction, which is non negotiable. And we don't offer any combine insurances. Such insurance is claimed by post office who could assist us to arrange the second post or provide buyer full refund if the post is lost in the dispatch in case.  We don't make profit from that.

• Required Insurance is displayed at the bottom of ebay's web page, which is out of our control. This is the standard display format of ebay's system, we can't change it. We have NO intentions to hide any costs.

• The standard post service we used is INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL POST. If customer requires Express Delivery service, customer has to pay the extra costs for that. Please contact us if customer has such needs and we will tell you the extra cost you should pay.

• Usually, 99% post would arrive within 7-21 days from the date of dispatch issued. But, sometimes, it may arrive later than 21 days. International dispatch is a complicated procedure. It is out of our control when the dispatch is issued. Just in case, if buyer can't get the post within 30 days, please contact us directly . We would be with you to resolve the case. Please trust us, we definitely would take responsibility for every transaction. We would try our best to serve customer. PLEASE DON'T DISPUTE WITHOUT CONTACTS, WHICH IS IMPOLITE AND UNFAIR.  And please contact us by EBAY MESSAGE SYSTEM since email system may block some incoming emails. We usually would reply within 24 hours in the working time. (During weekends, the reply would be delivered on the next Monday).

• In some countries, ebay system would display 1-6 working days as the delivery time at the bottom of web page, such as Australia, Germany. This means the time we process the order we received (usually, we only take 2 working days to process the order). This is NOT the arrival time.  And, this is the standard format of ebay system, we can't change it. We have NO intentions to mislead buyer at this point. PLEASE DO UNDERSTAND.

PAYPAL Only--Buyer must pay using PAYPAL ONLY within 7 days from the date of transaction made.

Full Payment--Transaction with insufficient payment will not be handled. So, please make you complete the full payment, including Final price + Postage + Required Insurance.

No Discount--No discount is offered for all transactions.

Defective case within 7 days of receipt: In the unlikely event that the item is defective (not by man-made or in-proper use) within 7 days of receipt, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. within 7 days of receipt. We would arrange the replacement or refund without any extra charges . If it is refunded, Only item's listing price is refundable. Shipping, handling and Required Insurance fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

Defective case over 7 days of receipt but in the product's guarantee period: In the unlikely event that the item is defective (not by man-made or in-proper use) over 7 days of receipt but in the product's guarantee period, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.. We would arrange the replacement with a minor handling charge. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
