POSTAGE AND HANDLING: Regular postage will be charged at flat rate AUSTRALIA WIDE!!  Item will be posted the same or the next business day after payment is cleared. A Post Notifcation will send to you before posting the item. Please confirm your postal address and postcode when you receive the Post notification and notify us ASAP if it is incorrect. We will not be responsible for the delayed item caused by incorrect postal address or postcode provided by the buyer. We use Australian Post as our main delivery company. It will normally take 1-4 business days for regular delivery in Australia. Registered Post will need the same amount of time but insurance is included. Express post is guaranteed for next business day delivery for most of the area in Australia. Exceptions applied. 

Payment options: As Ebay will only accept Palpal as payment opition from June 2008, we would recommend all buyers use PAYPAL as their payment option. However, before that date, other payment options are available. If you choose bank deposit as your payment option, please ensure you leave your EBAY ID as reference so your item won't delay! Registered post is charged $3 on top of the regular postage cost and is highly recommended!!!

Refund policy: Exchange will only be given to those buyers who reports the faulty item within 3 days after they receive the item. The item must be in its orginial condition. Item must be sent back to us first before issue an exchange. The buyers are responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange. The buyer must contact us/leave feedback within 7 business days after receiving Post notifcation regarding whether they receive the item. We will assume those buyers who do not contact us within that period as 'receiving goods safely' and will not issue exchange in this case. Refund will only be given if no same stock for exchange. No change mind returns  available.
