3. Because we use a courier company to make our deliveries it is essential that you sign the delivery docket as the goods will not be left on site without your written signature. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please supply correct information to our logistic department as Ron Wade Surfboards will not be responsible for any delays as a result.
4. Please provide the correct delivery address or if you will be at work then your work address. We will not be responsible for out of date or incorrect shipping information.
5. All items will be shipped out within 48 hours after the payment is confirmed.
6. Deliveries normally take between 2-4 working days; however public holidays may be delayed for an additional1 or 2 days.
7. It is mandatory that all items shipped need to be covered by insurance.
