Introducing the latest in projection technology. The Luxcine LED projector (yes we did mean L.E.D) solves the most common problems encountered with regular projectors in that it runs extremely quiet due to incredibly low heat output, contains dust free technology to maintain brightness and image quality over time and best of all uses LED light to project the image. This results in a bright and efficient projector which will provide over 10 years of use before the bulb needs to be replaced if viewing for 5 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The image quality is sharp, bright and effective.
CrazyStu imported a range of different sample projectors before we decided on this model. We spent over $5000USD testing various projector models incorporating a range technologies before discovering the Luxcine projector, a brand we now swear by. We even went as far as to import 50 alternative LCD projectors which we thought we're the ones we were going to promote before we realised the Luxcine projector made all the others look obsolete. And they are.
Here's the proof. (Call us on 1800 788 502 if you would like to buy the same LCD projectors most people sell on ebay - they're not bad, but nowhere as good as the LCD luxcine projectors).
CrazyStu tests, - Luxcine LED vs Typical Ebay Projectors. (These are observational tests, no solid figures are used. We're not scientists, but its not hard to tell the difference).

No wonder its so noisy, up to 4x fans running FULL BORE
About as much as a laptop computer (probably less).
So how important are all these features? Do they really mean anything or are they just marketing furphy? Aside from the obvious benefits from LED technology, the most important difference between this unit and others we tested in this price was noise - noise of the unit itself in operation.
Like most people on eBay, we got excited with glitzy specs and low prices. We spent a small fortune testing and importing the alternative products. Before discovering the Luxcine, we had settled on the idea that a sub $1000 projector with cheap bulbs was going to be noisy. That fact is, in the projector world, its what they don't tell you that seems to make the most difference.
Most inexpensive projection systems we tested mask major problems with overall performance with features like card readers and USB which allow you to play DivX movies. The fact is these features have nothing to do with a good projector.
So what makes a good projector in the sub $1000 price range?
• Bright, clear and sharp image.
• Support for HDMI. input (HD Ready).
• Inexpensive to run.
• Low operating noise.
• Low operating heat.
• Long bulb life.
• Low Maintenance.
• HD support
• High Resolution.
• Quick start up - No warm up/cool time (turn on and off as you wish)..
• Instant image quality (Most projectors we tested in the sub $1000 price range take around 5mins for the image to reach full brightness.).
Ask our competitors
if they're prepared to demo their units in use? You'll do doubt see a bunch of strangely convenient super imposed images which seem un realistically bright and have no real comparative measure of quality.
We managed to find a few videos on YouTube for you to consider. Incidentally, we imported 10 of the exact projectors the Luxcine is being compared to in this movie. The units looks great on paper, - even claim to have far far better projection specs in terms on contrast and brightness. But in reality, we found out we had wasted our money. Please, don't do the same. Watch these videos.
We even got to the stage of listing the product the luxcine is compared to in this video. Here's the proof. The following are the retail image composites we had ready to put on eBay BEFORE we discovered that nobody in their right mind would by one of these if they had an option to buy a Luxcine LED projector. These cheap and "High Speced" units are not unique either. Like many sub $1000 projectors on ebay at the moment, they have great specs, cheap bulbs, 800x600 resolution, high contrast, HDMI HD Ready, etc etc.We wouldn't blame you if you fell for it - We were so excited by the specs of the units pictured below that we imported 10 of them to try on the Aussie market. If only we knew what we do now.
Aren't you glad we didn't try to sell you the unit to the left? It comes with loads of free options, unimportant specs like card readers and divx playback. It also has a standard definition tuner. For those who want to watch SD TV. Its specs are great, on paper, many are better than the luxcine. But is it anywhere near as good as the luxcine? See the above video.
Here are the specs for the unit on the left. They look good don't they? You can buy these off us if you wish for $699. - We also have other similar test models, many exactly the same as those currently sold on eBay. Call us on 1800 788 502 for more info.
