Return policy

Ebay Return New item Policy:
1- Buyer has 7 days cooling period. The 7 days start from the time the buyer receive the item.
2- It is the buyer responsibility to return the item. All charges encountered by sending the item back to us are on the buyer.
3- Only unused items (new) can be returned.
4- Once we got the item back from the buyer we will inspect it and check its condition. If item at a New condition (as we sent it) and it is returned within the 7 days period.

Returning Faulty Item within warranty period:

1- All faulty item need to be reported to us and we authorise sending it back.
2- If you return the item within the warranty period because it develop a faulty, We will fix it or replace it (we decide). Refund will be our last option.
