All orders will be delivered by Hong Kong Standard Post. Customer will be notified by email from Gadget Asia once the package has been dispatched. All items will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment being received. Delivery usually takes around 3-5 working days by FedEx; whereas it will take around 8-14 working days by Hong Kong Express Airmail Service (Recorded Signed For). • Because you have connected or installed other fittings or accessories that are not recommended by manufacturer.
• Because of faults caused by shock of fall, dust, dirt, sand, damp or corrosion, leaky batteries, or any repair by unauthorized personnel.

If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 2 days after receipt of the purchased item. Only faulty items can be returned. The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to Gadget-Asia is responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty. This also applies to returned goods under warranty. Gadget-Asia will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit therefore Gadget-Asia always recommends all customers to return the goods via insured and track-able service with your courier.
