Shipment

1. This item will be delivered by Australia Post Express Courier.

Warranty

1. Unless otherwise stated, this item contains 1 year warranty from the date of purchase .
2. All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. e.g. Battery, SD/MMC Card, Cable...etc.
3. For product with LCD screen, we only replace the faulty product with more than 3 dead or bright pixels shown on the LCD screen.
4. The returned postage must be fully paid by the bidder. No COD will be accepted.
5. Before you send item back for warranty, please e-mail us first.

Return

1. We will replace your item if it's Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Before send back the item, please e-mail us first. The customer pay the postage to send item to us, we pay the postage to send item back.
2. If the returned item found non-faulty, the buyer has to pay the re-sending fees.
3. No COD (Cash On Delivery) will be accepted.
4. Refund will be given if we can't replace the DOA item. All refund is postage exclusive.
5. The return item must be in new condition with package, otherwise we will not refund.
