Warranties and Returns |

delivery courier will not be compensated by us
if you sign the package. If you have bought
insurance, the damages will be insured by the
courier and we will reimburse you first, then we
will claim to the courier. So please please

For deliveries which you do not need to
sign, we will insure it at our own costs. If you
receive a faulty item, or the contents are
missing, please
contact us
within 7 days. If you are failed to
contact us within the period, we will not be
able refund you because it is not reasonable to
take more than 7 days to tell the item is
faulty. We will then arrange refund or
replacement with proof of the item being faulty
or missing. Buyers will be responsible for
return postage fees in most cases. Please
