Your furniture will be delivered by a reputable transport company.

We take the outmost care in protecting your furniture by thoroughly wrapping in good quality packaging for the journey to you.

Assistance may be needed for un-loading & the driver may facilitate ground floor delivery only. Please advise Bay Gallery if you have stairs or steps.

Transit Insurance of $19 is highly recommended for loss or serious damage caused during transit. Occasionally small bumps, marks & scratches may occur during transit. Transit insurance does not cover this.

Sydney Metro: Approx. 2-5 business days after payment received.

Metro & Regional: Approx. 3-15 business days after payment received. Regional areas may take longer than metro.

Pick Up: Items are available for pick up from our Penrith NSW warehouse for a $30 handling fee.
