Shipping in the USA:
All items over 13 ounces are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation inclusive of the shipping is a $3.00 handling fee. We offer first class shipping on items under 12 ounces.  If the combined weight of your items are over 13 ounces you will automatically be upgraded to Priority mail. 

We also offer Express delivery. We do not offer parcel post. Domestic orders will leave our Warehouse within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment but we strive to ship within 24 hours.

We require payment to be made within 7 days of winning the item.  We love to combine items so please contact us for an adjusted invoice if you have won more than one item.  You can combine items for 7 days from the close of the first item.  If you feel that you will go over the 7 day mark waiting to combine please contact us at r-chameleon@sbcglobal.net.

Because of recent events we have had a number of non paying customers.  Please be very careful when bidding on items.  We will be unable to cancel your transaction if we are not contacted before the close of the sale!!  We will be forced to open a dispute and give an unpaid item strike.  It is not something that we care to do and strive to make sure that transactions run smoothly.

We accept returns for store credit only. We are not responsible for items that do not fit. We sell department store brands and all brands fit different. We do our best to list accurate measurements in the listing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the fit of your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unworn condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 3 days of receipt for a store credit less shipping costs. Please be sure to include the item number and reason for return. Excluding this info will significantly delay the exchange process. Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 business days of receipt.
