We accept Paypal only. Please pay promptly to ensure a timely delivery and please double check your mailing address provided to ensure it is 100% correct. We will send your product as soon as possible.

We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. In most cases your shipment will be sent the day after your payment is received, however failing that, we will make every attempt to ensure that your order is processed within 3 business days of your payment being cleared.

Please note the item location information on our listings. Some of our top European brands are located in our UK warehouse and therefore deliveries usually take an additional 5-8 days longer than our normal airmail service.

We uphold a full product warranty on all our products sold. All our products are 100% Authentic, Made In Italy and Brand New. We will replace free of charge any items that have been damaged or that are of a substandard quality. The product however needs to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
