Shipping:

• We ship your item out within 48 hours (excluding weekend and public holiday) after we received your cleared payment.
• We ship worldwide except some countries, Because of the custom policy, we will not mail the items to Sweden,Switzerland,Germany,Norway,Japan and Italy. please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your item when it enters your country. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for import duty because Customs Policies vary widely from country to country.

 However, based on our experience, we will mark down "GIFT" on the Customs Declaration Form, so you will pay NO or very minimum import duties.

• This item will be shipped via Air Mail by Hong Kong Post, reach most of the countries within 7 to 14 business days. And we will provide the tracking number upon request via email.

Returns:

• If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us for EXCHANGE within 7 days from the date you receive the item. We will send a replacement item without any charge.

• Refunds are processed via Paypal and Refunds are reimbursed only for '' Cost of the Product".
