Shipping   
1. We DO NOT combine shipping, please email us for multiple order postage cost. DO NOT assume postage for 2nd order is free. All items will be dispatched on the next business day upon payment being received and confirmed, not include weekend and public holiday.
2. It usually takes approximately 2-10 business days to receive order, not include weekend and holiday, actually depends on postal process.
3. Please confirm the shipping address is correct before checkout and make note on the payment if the address is different.

Bidding on multiple auctions? If you are bidding or ordering more than one item, please wait until the auction has finished or until you have finished ordering all your items. After each auction won or additional item ordered, a new invoice will be sent. Always use the most recent invoice emailed to you. This invoice has all your items listed and combined into one order. Combine shipping discounts will be applied for multiple purchases where applicable.
 
  
     
Returns   
Please contact us before leave feedback, We'll be with you until you are satisfied.
Only defective product will be offered exchange.
Defective goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the return.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns for our reasons.
We will not be liable to customer for any damages beyond the amount of money that customer has actually paid us. 
 

Warranty Claims
Always email us to get a RA (return authorization) approval before returning any items.
If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch, simply return the item to us (postage for returning items to us is at buyer's expense) and we will liable for posting the item back to you.
If the item is faulty and fall after 7 days, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all items are well packed in order to prevent damage/lost during return shipping.

Repair & Exchange Process
All warranty are handle by local distributor/manufacturer, and we have no control of the time and process.  It normally take sometimes, approximately 2-4 weeks, depends on their stock and spare parts level.  We can't promise or guarantee a specific time for the process, but we will try our best to chase it up and email you an update regularly.
