Gold Coast, QLD. We currently do not have any
pick-up facilities.

purchases (any type of camera accessory), a very
good shipping discount is offered.

Goods are shipped within 2-3 business days of
full payment clearing and receiving your
delivery details and contact information. We always have goods in stock,
however in rare cases, due to certain hold-up's
in stock from manufacturers or recalls in some
items, it could take up to 15 days to ship.

Once shipped,
goods will reach most areas within 1-3 business
days, however depending on your location it
could take a little longer. We post our items
through courier or Registered Australia Post,
depending on the location.

For International
Customers - We will send the items
through EMS and it will reach most urban areas
within 3-7 business days, however depending on
your location it could take a little longer.
Because of the low value of these items, customs
in most countries will not charge any taxes,
duties, etc. However we request you to check
this with your local authorities before buying

the goods are defective in any way or dead on arrival,

goods. We will be happy to replace the goods for
you at no extra cost.

a refund is requested then we will refund the money
paid to us minus shipping costs including return
postage.

Refunds can only be processed once all the
goods are returned in original packaging.

you win our auction, some sellers may send you unsolicited
email telling you they could sell the same item for less.
This is not allowed by EBAY policy, yet a lot of people
fall prey to this. If you win our auction, you will receive an
email from us.

If you receive an email from any other seller trying to
sell you goods at a lower price, do let us know and we
will file a complaint with Ebay.

After
you win our auction, you are covered through EBAY'S fraud
protection scheme. If any other seller convinces you to
buy through them at lower prices, you will not be covered
by EBAY'S fraud protection and you can do nothing if they
run away with your money without delivering the goods.

Even
if they do deliver using cod or escrow, the only reason
they offer less prices is because they would not have
to pay Ebay fees. This compromises the Ebay trading system
and is unethical.
