We sell two different sizes of dress forms. You are currently looking at a listing for a size 8-14 dress form. Please note although the dress form boxes are labelled size 10-16 and 16-22, the measurements match to the modern Australian women's sizes 8-14 and 14-20.

Your item will be posted on the Saturday morning after payment has been verified. If paying by bank transfer, please allow up to 3 business days for payment to clear. Please then allow up to 10 business days from day of postage to delivery.

• No international shipping.
• Item will be sent by Courier and as such please make sure you provide a contact phone number and a non PO Box delivery address.
• Receipted (signature upon receipt) delivery will always be attempted. But if no person is at the destination address on weekdays 8am-5pm, the item will be left at a place that the courier deems to be secure. Should you like to specify a place, please let us know when checking out. This information will then be provided to the courier.
• An additional cost of $5.50 is required should you prefer to have a pickup notice for redelivery at an agreed time, please specify this as seller's additional charges in your eBay invoice when checking out.
• Insurance of $27.50 is optional, but strongly recommended as we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage on transit. This covers only the cost of the item, excluding courier cost. Should you like to opt for insurance, please specify this value in your eBay invoice when checking out.
• Item will be securely packaged in its original fitted box.
• Viewing prior to purchase, as well as pickups, are welcome at our showroom and warehouse in Randwick, NSW, 2031.

• Cash is required for pickups.

All our goods are checked before they are posted to customers. However, should there be any faults with an item, please contact us within 90 days of the purchase date to resolve the issue.

Pictures or a short video are usually required to allows us to quickly verify the fault and find a resolution. Should the issue persist, we will then request for the item to be returned to us.

Once the fault is verified as manufacturing defect, the item will be immediately exchanged or, if preferred, the cost of the item less all postage and handling will be refunded.

In the event of an exchange, for items originally sent via by Australia Post or courier, we will only cover the cost of sending the replacement product to the customer. For goods that were originally picked up by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all exchange costs.

• This guarantee does not cover faults due to improper assembly or installation, failure to follow instructions and warnings in the user manual, accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification and tampering, improper use or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, damage inflicted by weather and the environment, or any other kind of damage not related to the manufacturing process.
• This guarantee is valid in Australia only.
• This guarantee applies only while the item remains in the possession of the original purchaser. It is not transferable any subsequent owner.
• Parts repaired or replaced will be guaranteed for the remainder of the original guarantee period only.
