HANDLING NOISE

Wind noise is that blast of distortion and audio breakup caused from wind physically striking the sensitive diaphragm of the microphone capsule. For example the sound when someone blows directly into a microphone. This wind noise can be prevented. That's what a windscreen does.
Another reason to always use a windscreen is to physically protect the microphone from dust and accidental impact.
The use of a blimp screen is very effective because it tends to disperse the oncoming wind, thus reducing velocity but also eliminating the ACOUSTIC noise generated by high wind physically striking the outer shell of the blimp.
HANDLING SHOCKS
Rumble can be defined as unwanted vibrations transmitted through objects into the microphone capsule itself. Examples of rumble include ground or floor vibrations caused by nearby traffic, heavy footsteps and building/structural vibrations.
The solution to rumble lies in isolating the microphone from these vibrations by some means of free-floating suspension which is the role of a good SHOCKMOUNT. Shockmounts are featured MICROPHONE CLAMPS.
This universal shockmount consists of two pair of thick rubber bands arranged tic-tac-toe fashion within a cylindrical framework. The microphone is held inside of the "center circle" of the grids formed by the rubber bands.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Postage, insurance and handling charges are mentioned in the Auction. We will ship only to a physical home/work address. No P.O. Box addresses (exception will be made for customers in remote areas).
All the items will be shipped from our warehouse in Gold Coast, QLD. We currently do not have any pick-up facilities.
For multiple item purchases (any type of camera accessory), a very good shipping discount is offered.
Goods are shipped within 2-3 business days of full payment clearing and receiving your delivery details and contact information. All packages can be tracked online or by calling the courier service. We always have goods in stock, however in rare cases, due to certain hold-up's in stock from manufacturers or recalls in some items, it could take up to 15 days to ship.
Once shipped, goods will reach most areas within 1-3 business days, however depending on your location it could take a little longer.
Express post service is available for an extra $10. However Australia Post express service is not insured by them.

WARRANTY

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

Most of our goods include International Warranty covering both parts and service (will be mentioned in "Package Includes" section)
THIS IS NOT A SELLER OR DEALER WARRANTY. It is a contractual warranty in your name and you will NOT have to send the equipment abroad for servicing or repair.

If the goods are defective in any way or dead on arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will be happy to replace the goods for you at no extra cost.
If a refund is requested then we will refund the money paid to us minus shipping costs including return postage.
Refunds can only be processed once all the goods are returned in original packaging.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS

YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT PURCHASING THE GOODS

If you receive an email from any other seller trying to sell you goods at a lower price, do let us know and we will file a complaint with Ebay.
After you win our auction, you are covered through EBAY'S fraud protection scheme. If any other seller convinces you to buy through them at lower prices, you will not be covered by EBAY'S fraud protection and you can do nothing if they run away with your money without delivering the goods.
Even if they do deliver using cod or escrow, the only reason they offer less prices is because they would not have to pay Ebay fees. This compromises the Ebay trading system and is unethical.
