  • 200 metres to beach
  • 2 minutes to Manly ferry
  • 1 minute to Manly corso
  • wonderful holiday attraction with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance
  • 1 bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom off bedroom
  • 2 single sofa beds in lounge area
  • small private balcony
  • laundry and pay phone on site
  • security undercover parking
  • full kitchen with microwave,  dishwasher, reverse cycle airconditioning
  • all linen and utensils/crockery supplied
  • TV and DVD player
  • there is a small plunge pool situated on the rooftop area
  • unit is on the 6th floor of the building
  • the building consists of private residences,  offices,  shops and timeshare.
  • there are steps down to the unit from the corridor and also steps down to the bedroom from the lounge area
  • not suitable for wheelchairs
  • no organised activities
  • guests are required to provide a $250 credit card deposit which is refundable at checkout.
  • the usual price for this week is $1500
