We want you, and especially your animal, to be completely happy with your purchase.  In the unlikely event that you need to make a return, please take the best care of the item and package it in the same way in which you received it.  Please be aware that if you are trying items on your animals for size, we all need to make sure that contagious diseases do not get transmitted, especially between foreign countries.  Please try and confirm correct sizing before you place a firm order, especially if you are an International purchaser (enquiries welcome).  

Unfortunately we cannot cover return postage costs unless there has been an error on our part.  You are strongly advised to insure the item before returning it to us as we can only be responsible for the item after we have safely received it.  We would be grateful if you would notify us in advance for a returns reference number before you send the package so that we can look out for your package, log your feedback comments, ensure that there is no health risk associated with it and refund you/replace the goods without any problems.
