Measurement Guide:

Follow the instructions below to obtain the 6 necessary measurements needed for our Skating Dress Sizing Chart.
1- Chest: With arms down at sides, measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the  tape parallel to the floor.
2- Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Then, standing straight, make sure the tape fits comfortably around your waist.
3- Hips: With your feet together, measure the fullest part of the hips, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor.
4- Girth (Torso): With someone's help, run the tape measure from the right shoulder at the corner of the neck. Make sure to go over the fullest part of the chest, down through the center of the crotch. Finally, go up your back to the corner of the neck on the left shoulder. Be sure to keep the tape taut and not twisted. The measuring tape ends should not meet.

  1. What can I do if the color of the dress received is different with the pictures showed in the description?
      The photos are taken from the actual dresses that we made. But sometimes it may have slightly aberrations. Please be advised that it will be treated as correct if only small aberrations. If you believe the color is not the one you requested, please contact us within 3 days upon receipt and we will definitely help you to work it out.

 2.The size is not correct and I can't use the dress.
      We make the dress by the size details provided by buyer. Please make sure all of the size details are correct including the chest, waist, hips, girth, or even the height, arm length (if necessary). We will double check the size before shipment.Any way, if the size is wrong, we would like to help you to get the correct size. If the size you provided was correct but it was made large or small, we will offer you the new exchange or just the refund. But if the size from buyer is not correct, then we could offer the exchange but the buyer has to afford the returning fees and reshipping fees.
 3. How long does it take for me to get the dress?
      Usually it may take about 5-10 business days to make the dress and then additional 5-7 days for shipping to most countries. Actually, most dresses could be delivered within 2 weeks but in some cases it may be a few days longer than usual. If you want to get the dresses quicker, please contact us before purchase, we would like to place the rush order for you and we also could use other couriers such as UPS 3 days delivery service (extra fees applied).
