Payment

For Australian buyers I prefer Direct Bank Deposit as the method of payment for purchases as there are less charges. I also accept Paypal, Money Orders and Bank Cheques. For international buyers I only accept Paypal and Direct Bank Deposit. Please make your payment in a timely fashion. When paying by Bank Deposit please use your ebay ID as the reference. Your purchases will be posted within 3 days of your payment being received.

Shipping

Due to items not turning up to buyers I now recommend that posted items are via registered mail. This is the only way to know if the item did reach it's destination. This is the only way to protect both parties. I charge accordingly.

Australian registered letter rate is $3.50au. International registered letter rate is $11.50au. You can track registered mail by going to this link ausposttracking.com.au I accept no responsibility for items purchased not turning up if you choose not to register your purchase. I combine postage where possible for items purchased within a 7 day period.

For Australian parcels I try to use the pre-paid 3KG Aus Post satchels when possible. I charge $10.00 for standard post and $15.00 for registered post. International parcel rate is dependent on weight, size and delivery address. Please contact me if you require more information.

Terms of Sale

My terms are fairly simple. I try to be honest and fair in buying and selling. I get annoyed when buyers and sellers alike do not treat me with the same respect that I showed them. I hate being ripped off and I have been twice on ebay. Just be fair and honest.

If you are watching multiple items and wish to combine postage please let me know. When you have finished also let me know. I will then combine postage where possible and send all your won items on the necessary invoices.

I do not have a set return policy. I try to give as much valid information as possible so as not to mislead in the first place, by doing this the item purchased should never need to be returned as the buyer is fully aware. If an item is to be returned then the buyer is responsible for the postal charges. If there is a problem then please get in touch with me before leaving feedback. I am sure we will be able to come to a suitable agreement.

I currently leave feedback once the item is paid for and has been dispatched. This is what I consider to be the fairest, easiest and best way to deal with feedback. All I ask is that buyers leave appropriate feedback in a timely manner once they have received and checked what was sent. If a problem is found then it needs to be discussed to reach a suitable outcome.

Just remember that I am not a mind reader so it is important to communicate.

About Us

I use to sell at trash and treasure markets regularly. It was always good to come out with around $500 after only outlaying around $100. Selling on ebay is more of a hobby than anything else and is a good way to pass on things to others that have a use or are needed.
