You will receive an email when the parcel is dispatched, the delivery time is from that point. I always try to dispatch them as quick as possible. Using Special Delivery is always recommended, its get you increased insurance, quicker delivery and better redelivery options if you dont collect your parcel on the first delivery by Royal Mail.
