  The Nikon F2 camera body consists of the die-cast aluminum alloy shell, base plate, mirror box, front cover, top plate, bottom cover and camera back. The entire body was made up each of its 1,506 component parts designed, processed, finished and assembled as Nikon F2, widely regarded as the best mechanical SLR camera during its time back in the seventies. The Nikon F2A Photomic Finder DP-11 is a compact, precision pentaprism finder assembly designed to fit any F2 Nikon camera body. The DP-11 incorporates the Nikon Centre-Weighted thru-the-lens metering method that concentrates 60% of the reading within the 12 mm-diameter central portion of the view-field; thus, metering is precise for varied lighting situations, and covers virtually 100% of the picture image frame as visible on the focusing screen.

   The condition of the body is excellent+ (Condition 9) showing signs of usage. The top plate marked series number 7865662, free of any dins or dents. The black paint on the body has only few scratches on the sides, tripod marks on the base plate, please see the pictures for details. The shutter works in all speeds even the slow speeds and as the self timer. Light meter is tested and works, can not guarantee accurate anyway. The lens is free of any defects, come with the filter and front lens cap. Made in Japan.
