Ninna Nanna Italian soft baby knitting wool x 10 mintmx

On offer is this lovely Italian yarn with the unusual name of Ninna Nanna. We have stocked this yarn in our shop for a number of years and we have seen it knitted up for all sorts of baby items. It is fantastic for jackets and beanies etc. but is absolutely perfect for making a cot or bassinette blanket as it is a really soft, luxurious yarn but is quite chunky and knits up quickly.

This yarn is 100% fine merino wool. It recommends 6 - 7 mm needles, tension is 20 rows to 14 sts and it is a machine wash yarn. There is 60 metres per 50 gr ball and we have 10 balls on offer. I have just completed a cot blanket in this for my newest grandson and it is just beautiful to use - one of the softest chunky yarns I have ever used - a pleasure to knit with.. of course as this is very soft it would also be lovely for adults or childrens garments. The rec. retail on this yarn was $8.95 but distributors have changed and we will no longer be able to get this lovely yarn once it is cleared - so offering it on ebay at a great price.

This is col 286 - a pretty mint and white mix.
