We endevour to make sure your order is shipped same day, however, it may take up to 3 working days to ship your item. Weekends are NOT working days. Please refer to Australia Post for shipping times, as they can vary. Western Australian customers may experience delays on non-express shipping of up to 14 working days in peak periods. We accept returns to the limit that Australian Law provides. We DO NOT accept returns for incorrect choices or simply because you do not like the game you purchased. We DO accept returns for faulty or not as described items. Returned item must be received within 14 days, and you MUST obtain authorization from us before doing so. All items claimed faulty will be thoroughly tested. Only proven faulty items will be given a merchandise credit.
