We will replace the defective item(s), provided that they are in stock, within the 21-day warranty period. Customers must return item(s) at his/her own cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After the 21 day warranty period is over, the manufacturer warranty will take effect. No exceptions. All sales are considered FINAL after the 21 day warranty period. We will ship replacement items for defectives at no additional cost.
