Nissan Patrol Fully Reconditioned TD42 4.2 diesel engine. Engine has a fully serviced head, new sleaves ,pistons & piston ring, machined crank and new bearings, new pin bushs, water pump etc. Engine has no fuel system i.e. injectors or injector pump.
