Our standard international shipment is by international 1^st class mail. That service can take up to four or five weeks and does not have a tracking number. If you want faster delivery or a tracking number please upgrade to International Express Mail. Because of different package requirements we might not be able to ship to your country for larger items. If there is an error in the listing specifications and you would like to return the item we will pay the return shipping charges and give a full refund. If you would like to return the product for any other reason, you may return it as long as it is in the original condition as when it was purchased with packaging.
