 I purchased these Noavel Headstalls a few years ago and they have never been used but I am selling them as used because they have been in a barn since i purchased them and the leather will have some minor scratches and the metal part will have some minor paint loss. i also have them in black & dark cherry. The black & dark cherry ones with white stitching are just like the brown one so if you win the auction please put a note on your PayPal payment and let me know which color you need. Return policy details: Refunds Only if item is other than described are item is damaged are lost in shipment. Very rarely is a item damaged in shipment but if it happens i will need your help. you will need to take the package to the post office and file a claim and have the refund sent to me and at that time i will send you a full refund and i will wait and get my refund from the postal service. If you do not receive your item within 14 days i would guess it has been lost in the mail and in that case i will file claim with the postal service and send you a full refund and i will wait for the refund from the postal service.
