I've had this phone for quite some time, it fell on the floor and since -  no ring sounds (no sms sounds either).
Apart from that it works fine, great voice quality , dialing and so on.
No use to me if I can't hear it ring!
It comes with its original battery which is working fine.
Its an original Nokia and has "Made in Germany" printed on the back.
No sim card of cause.
No Charger
 
  I'm selling it "as is" and no returns.
