This phone is not an original nokia N95 it is a chinese COPY. That is why i am selling it very cheap. The phone is brand new and works fine, I have tested it. The language for the software, keypad and in the manuals is in english. The software simply has the option to change to chinese. Comes with everything in the pics.

 I have tested this phone with my telstra sim without any problems. The slider, keypad and the software all work well. The wall charger is not australian standard so you will need an adapter. The USB cable however, will charge the phone and also works plug and play as a webcam and mass storage unit. You can also use your old nokia charger to charge this phone. It does just about everything the original N95 does its just much cheaper.
