This Nordson high pressure inductor plate type pneumatic drum unloader system was last used with butyl rubber sealer in an automotive application. It is suitable for a wide range of high to very high viscosity materials such as grease sealer mastic filler glue resin etc. The remaining product is still soft and liquid so cleaning for a new product should not be a major drama, this type of sealer is very slow curing and heat activated.
It is equipped with a toggle operated pneumatic lift system for easy drum changing and has separate air pressure regulators for motor air, lift ram air and inductor plate displacement air. It’s a very well built heavy duty industrial system
