Noritake 'Roberta' - China Coffee Set

Circa 1959 - 1964 (Noritake Collectors Website) this set would make a thoughtful 'heirloom' gift for or from someone born between these years (EG. Grandparent to grandchild).

China, is commonly defined as 'High Quality Porcelain' (Noritake Collectors Website). What sets this collection apart is that because of the Gold trim it is technically 'Fine China' and is therefore also known or commonly refered to as 'Formal China'.

 

Pattern Description

  • Roberta - 6012 (1959 to 1964)
  • Predominantly white background.
  • Pale 'Floral Bouquet'.
  • Jade green 'Art Deco' style detail to top rim.
  • Gold trim.

Condition

  • No chips; cracks or stains / discolourations (inside or out).
  • NB. Coffee Pot interior 'as new'

  • Coffee Pot (with lid)
  • Milk Jug
  • Double Handled Sugar Bowl (with lid)
  • 6 Coffee Cups & 6 Matching Saucers.

  • Coffee Pot - Gold Trim around base; top; lip of spout & lid. Up & over handles (pot & lid).
  • Milk Jug - Gold Trim around base;top & milk jug lip. Up & over handle.
  • Double Handled Sugar Bowl - Gold Trim around base; top & lid. Up & over handles ( bowl & lid).
  • Tea Cups - Gold Trim around base & lip of cup. Up & over handle.
