TO ENSURE SAFE and SPEEDY ARRIVAL, HOWEVER FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST, unless otherwise stated, ($4.00AU) I WILL SEND THE ITEMS OUT VIA OVERNIGHT EXPRESS POST or REGISTERED POST ($3.00) where a signature is required upon delivery.

Please Note:  Once the parcel(s) are posted, the onus and responsibility is then placed upon Australia Post and the buyer/bidder. Although I take the utmost care in preparing the items for postage, I cannot be held responsible for any damage, negligence or loss or of any items, incurred, whilst in Australia post's care. To ensure that your items arrive safely, please register your item(s) to ensure safe and secure arrival.

Please ask any questions about the item(s) or description in the listing prior to placing a bid/buy to ensure a smooth, pleasant and satisfactory transaction to both parties (bidder/purchased & seller).

If a flaw has been omitted in the listing it is unintentional on my part. 

Any items that are faulty (and not damaged by the buyer) will be refunded or replaced

 Contact to be made within (2) days, payment has to be made within 7 days of Auction’s end.

All my supplements are purchased from reputable dealers and come packaged and sealed with a valid expiry date. Any perishable (Vitamins) items purchased should only be taken after consulting with your healthcare professional; I do NOT accept responsibility for any problems incurred from any adverse reactions/allergies.
