O/On30 'Backwoods' Bush Sawmill Kit

Simple wood & metal kit by Ozsteam suits our bush structure kit and now features a Docking Saw Blade

O/On30 Scale (1:48) This new kit is one of a series of O scale 'easy to assemble' rural structures, designed to give your layout that typical 'backwoods' look. Our comprehensive kit features an operational 16' log carriage running on 18" gauge track, a genuine 3' 6" saw blade. (we have now included an aditional 2'6" diameter docking saw blade!) and we have included everything pictured (except our On30 'skeleton' log car [available in 3 packs from our Store] cut logs and the two figures.)

Our new sawmill machinery kit is based around the design of a typical steam powered rural sawmill common in Australia, the USA and around the world. It is a large, versatile structure with many possible layouts and is easily constructed in a weekend. (not 'live' steam)

The kit can be constructed on two baseplates (included) so could be 'L' shaped as our pototype, square or linear. Scale footprints are as follows:

• linear: 4" x 16" (16' x 64')
• square: 8" x 8" (32' x 32')
• L shaped: 4" x 12" x 8" (16' x 48' x 32')
• Log carriage track: 10" of 3/8" gauge (40' of 18")
