O/On30 Scale (1:48). This popular kit is one of a series of On30 'easy to assemble' rural structures, designed to give your layout that typical 'backwoods' look.

This structure kit is based around the design of an old rural sawmill building near Poweltown in S.E. Victoria. It is a large, versatile structure with many uses and is easily constructed in an afternoon.
