This auction comes with 3 month parts and labor warranty. If the tent is
damaged on arrive, we will claim the insurance for those customers who 've
purchased the delivery insurance, otherwise, the warranty will not cover the
damage or loss during delivery. The warranty will not cover the postage
cost at both end. Customers will also have to check clearly if the tent was
damaged on arrive, and report to us within 14 days.
- All Tent have been checked and completed with all accessories, any
errors or missing parts in the item is unintentional
- We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance
with our policies unless negative feedback has been left or threatened
Return Policy:
- Any Return Tent have to be in 7 days Period , the
postage cost will be on the purchaser' s expense in both directions. The
item have to be unused and in brand new condition.
- We will exchange the tent only during 7 days from the
date the item have been received. (excluding postage fee)
- Any faulty Part need to send back to us at purchase' s
expense. Then we will process the replacement as COD.
