I HAVE HAD THIS FOR APPROX 35 YEARS (FROM A DECEASED ESTATE) CERTIFYING THAT "RUPERT EDWARD BECKSE CROSBY" HAS BEEN CERTIFIED AS A PROFICIENT SECOND CLASS COMMERCIAL WIRELESS OPERATOR.DATED 6.8.1940. I HADNT REALISED IT HAD THE SECOND PAGE WITH PHOTO ETC..UNTIL I PHOTOGRAPHED IT TODAY, TO MY SUPRISE THERE WAS A VERY OLD TATTS TICKET IN THE BACK,I WILL LEAVE IT WITH THE ITEM. IT IS PROBABLY LINKED SOMEHOW..HARD COVER SIMILAR TO PASSPORT.
