We accept the following methods of payment:

• There is no need to email us for payment details. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC INVOICE.
• NO PERSONAL CHEQUES.
• International buyers: PayPal only.
• Be sure to leave item number and /or user id as a reference for your payment. This helps to insure your items are dispatched asap otherwise we cannot identify your payment and it will lead to delays.
  

We are happy to combine purchases to save on shipping.

• All items will be dispatched within 48 hours after receiving payment.
• Please allow up to 3-10 working days for local delivery although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for international shipping. All items sent worldwide is via Airmail.
• No weekend or after hours delivery available.
• All items are sent with a tracking number your peace of mind.
• Pick-ups are not possible. No exceptions!
• Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
  

• The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction.
• There is no need to email us for payment details. We will email you with payment details shortly after the auction closes.

• Direct deposit, Postal money orders, and PayPal accepted for local buyers. Direct deposit is preferred. It takes 2 to 3 days to appear.
• When paying by direct deposit via the internet, please use your name or item number as the reference. If you are depositing in person at the bank, insist that you have your name or item number displayed on the deposit so that we can see it. The bank teller should know how to do this.
• For international buyers PayPal is the only accepted payment method.
• As soon as payment is cleared and confirmed your item will leave the very following day.
• We take extreme care when packing your goods so that your item arrives intact. Unfortunately no responsibility can be taken for losses or damage via Australia post, as they do not offer a fragile service.
• We aim to provide prompt and excellent service. When the buyer receives the goods and is happy with transaction and has left favourable feedback, the same will be exchanged.
• If no payment is received within the 5 days, and the bidder has made no attempt to contact us to arrange a solution, an Unpaid Item Dispute notice will be listed and negative feedback left.
• For any other questions or problems, we will be glad to answer and resolve them asap.
