This beautiful antique soft scalloped rim green tinted embossed tulip pattern pink rose decorated long oval china celery relish dish is marked on the back in brown with a crown flanked by G, H, BAVARIA which was the mark for Greiner & Herda Company of Oberkotzau, Bavaria, Germany used from 1886 til 1937. They decorated china until 1907 when they started manufacturing their own china. The rose pattern on the front is marked MARCINET. This dish measures apprx. 1 1/4" high 8 3/4" long 3 3/4" wide. It is in very nice used condition for it's age, no chips or cracks, very few scratches. A wonderful antique Greiner & Herda china celery dish for your collection! Thank you for looking!
