This auction is for a British Army DPM Tropical Combat Jacket. Called "Jackets" these are worn and regarded as a shirt.

Size: 170/104 NATO Size 6070/9604 which is to suit a height 160-170cm (up to 5ft 9") and chest 96-104cm (up to 41")

These are in the older style of shirt in the heavier material (not Tea Bag cloth), these are in Jungle DPM which are more "rustic colour" than later DPM

Buttons are small buttons throughout rather than the bigger buttons that they changed to. On these shirts the buttons are dark green. Also features a zip & button front, shoulder epaulettes, two button close breast pockets, buttoned cuffs, small pen pocket on left arm, small button close pocket on the right arm

Condition: Good Grade 1 condition, nice colour.

POSTAGE
We ask you to allow up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday)for despatch of your purchase. 

Remember to also allow appropriate time for postage once we have despatched your purchase. 

If you need something urgently then send us a message prior to purchase to check delivery times – we will try to help!  

We obtain proof of posting for all items despatched with Royal Mail 1st Class, 2 Class, Standard Parcels and Air Mail. These postal services do not offer a tracking service but give insurance to a value of £32. Once despatched we accept no liability for goods in transit but in the event of loss or damage we will assist the buyer in any claim made against Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail do not regard an item as lost until 15 days after the anticipated delivery date and no claim or investigation can commence until then.

If the buyer requires a postage service that provides a tracking service or insurance in excess of £32 this will be at an additional cost and the buyer should request this service immediately they make their purchase. Request your required service and we will forward an invoice for the appropriate amount. Generally a tracked service will be invoiced at .85p for UK purchases and £3.50 for Air Mail.

We leave feedback once you have left feedback for us. We use eBay software called Seller Pro and the feedback function is therefore automated.

We do not ship to Un-confirmed addresses as there is no Paypal protection for the seller!

MILITARY SURPLUS GRADING
Military Surplus clothing and accessories sold by Paddlesdown are in used condition unless otherwise stated. The condition of items will be detailed in the individual item listing. 
“Grade 1” refers to items displaying some signs of wear but these are minimal, there should be no damage or repairs to the item.
“Grade 2” refers to items displaying extensive signs of wear or fading, there may be some damage but this will be detailed in the listing.

CONTRACT
When making a purchase on eBay you are entering a legal binding contract when placing a bid, so if you have any doubts, do not bid until you are 100% sure that you can complete the transaction. RETURNS POLICY - UK SALES ONLY

If the buyer is not completely satisfied with their purchase they should notify us in writing, by fax or through the eBay messaging facility within seven days from the day after the date on which they received the goods. The goods should be returned to us immediately and upon their return we will make a refund for the value of goods returned. 

The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods and we recommend that you insure the goods and obtain proof of posting or use Recorded Delivery. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty and this fault has not been detailed in the eBay listing.
