Bank transfer - our preferred option. Payment can be made to Cybermarket Pty Ltd via Internet banking, telephone banking, or direct deposit. The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. Cybermarket Pty Ltd will then return the repaired item(s) to you with return shipping charges prepaid. For larger items, the buyer can opt to return any faulty parts in exchange for new ones.
Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent.
Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within it's recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user guide.
