All of our products come with a 12 month Australian warranty. All repairs under warranty will be carried out by authorised service centres in Australia. If you are purchasing from an overseas camera retailer, such as one based in the US or Hong Kong then you will need to pay to have the product sent back overseas and the repairs process can take months.

All of our products are located in Perth Western Australia and Hong Kong, and are shipped within 24 hours of us receiving your payment. In the event your item is out of stock in Perth we will pay the additional cost and have the item sent express from our supplier in Hong Kong. There will be no additional customs/ duty payable.

Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the buyer. These charges must be payed before item can be resent.
Our couriers charge a returning fee for returned parcels. This fee, as well as the cost to resend will have to be paid by the Buyer before the item can be resent.

All items come with a 12 month warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.
Warranties are issued by, and honoured by Digital Vibes, and all warranty issues will be handled by our office in Perth. Warranty and DOA postage costs must be incurred by the buyer.
Items being repaired under warranty usually take between 4 - 6 weeks for return.
In the event that the item cannot be repaired due to obsolete parts, Digital Vibes will replace the item or compensate the value of the item at the current market value.
All DOA (dead on arrival) items will be given a full refund or replacement. You must notify Digital Vibes within 24 hours of receiving the faulty product for all DOA claims.
Damage caused by user error or by accident is not covered under technical faults and will void the sellers warranty. This includes damage caused by, but not limited to, shock, water, dust, fire, general abuse, misuse or evidence of tampering.
In the event it is found that the item has been damaged by some fault of the customer an administration fee of $50 will be charged, and the item returned at the customers expense.
